Mold often appears black, green, or white and may have an earthy, musty smell. Mold in homes can enter the lungs causing respiratory tract issues such as coughing as well as stuffy nose and itchy eyes.
Mila’s offers free mold inspections and 50% off optional air quality tests. Mold inspections last 15-45 minutes depending on the number and size of rooms. Air quality tests last 5-10 minutes, and we perform them in three different areas.
